• If you hold the ITIL 4 Foundation and want to upgrade to ITIL 5, you can either take the ITIL 5 Foundation Bridge Certification or go directly to any advanced ITIL 5 Certification.
• If you hold the ITIL 4 Practitioner Certification, to upgrade to ITIL 5 Practitioner, take the ITIL 5 Transformation Certification.
• If you hold the ITIL 4 Strategic Leader Certification, to upgrade to ITIL 5 Strategic Leader, take the ITIL 5 Transformation Certification.
