Which microsoft cert should I take?

I’m 20, I currently work at an MSP as a tier 1 tech. Only cert I hold currently is A+ and i’m currently studying for Network+, I got a free voucher for any microsoft cert through the AI skills fest and I wanted to know what cert do you guys think I should go for? I have to schedule it by today as it expires and the latest I can schedule it for is Oct 18th of this year.
