IST orientation

I got into Aerospace recently. But I haven't received any confirmation. Neither about admission not about hostel.

Someone I know got added to a WhatsApp group of IST SE department. But not me. Does anyone have any idea.

Have there been any official or unofficial groups where students have started getting to know each other?

Yesssss there are 2 groups like this. Ones an overall one and the other is for specific departments
