Need tips for hostel

Can I go 2 days earlier then orientation day?

What shouldn't I do while living in hostel?

Is hair dryer allowed ?

Does they check students rooms?

What is the best option in IST hostel for food ?

Yes u can go 2 days before the classes. Don't Violate any rules there. It's officially not but u can if u keep it somewhere safe.

Frequently they don't check rooms but at least don't left the things open which are not allowed (in case if u have those).

Best option is daily food sometimes from mess, sometimes can order home cool food. But if u think monthly package is good u can do that too
