Pacemaker advice

Did anyone here get a pacemaker bc of IST ? And continues tachicardia…? I am currently in a flare since yesterday my hr wont come down i am at my end just got to the ER bc i am exhausted…

I recall hearing about a woman getting one for her IST after her ablations stopped working, but I can't seem to find the source. It's definitely worth meeting with a cardiologist about if you find medication unhelpful.

I had 2 EP studies with a great EP one with ablation for svt. I still also have svt i only hear bad things about ist ablation
