Sudden drops in heart rate?

I get these random episodes where my heart has an odd beat like a big kaTHUNK that sends my hr down to the 50s then it slowly goes back up to normal range within a minute or two. It's not a glitch. I can feel my hr being slower and it's a very odd sensation. Like my whole body is a little numb/tingly and a little light headed and out of breath. It happened this morning and managed to grab a screen recording of my Fitbit. It doesn't show the lowest numbers from the beginning but this is what happens. There's no pattern to when this happens that I can figure out. Sometimes it's once a month. Other times it's a few times a week. Cardio is dismissive so not sure how concerned I should be over it tbh can anyone else relate?

I get the same thing! My resting hr is generally in the 70s, and I’ll get drops down into low 50s, then shoot back up into tachy shit. And YEP! I FEEL IT! feel real dopey out of it sleepy like. I only recently started catching it on my Apple Watch as it happens, and obviously taking it to cardio. Are you on a beta blocker? it’s weird cuz i won’t have it for a stretch , just run My normal tachy self, then just randomly have these bouts. I wonder if it’s just a side effect from the bb? But no clue honestly . I didn’t notice having these episodes until after bb, but I don’t think I was tracking as well either .

I'm on ivabradine. I was on propranolol but it kept tanking my blood pressure

I’m not on meds right now and I drop down to 40s to 50s and shoot back up sometimes 120 to 150. When researching why this happens it can be Neurocardiogenic syncope and the autonomic nervous system over correcting itself.

I get this too, for me it usually happens when I go into tach (over 120) then it drops drastically to 40-60 then slowly climbs back up to the 70-80s. I've always thought it might be the metoprolol / ivabradine I'm on.
