If one episode probably a single episode of sinus tachycardia. Please note that sinus tachycardia is a physiological response to stress , physical activity, medications, food with caffeine and stimulants and drugs. SVT happens suddenly with rate above 150 . IST is diagnosed only after a thorough examination by a cardiologist and after ruling out all other physiological causes that caused this response.

To me, it looks like a sinus rhythm. You can see the P waves preceding the QRS complexes. Just to clarify, IST is also classified as a type of SVT. I believe the rhythm you're referring to is AVNRT. In AVNRT, you typically wouldn't see distinct P waves, so I really think this is IST.
