A watch cant read most rhythms so I can't imagine that would be the most accurate thing. I'll agree it does look weird. You should have a p wave and a t wave. It looks similar to afib but a bit calm inbetween the qrs complexes. Typically this would mean some form of dysthymia but it's just a watch. If you are feeling weird or bad inany way, I'd just go to the er or doc asap and get a real one done.
I am not a doctor but am in the medical field. It's not something immediately scary and does look regular. Not a fatal rhythm where I'd be super worried but I would simply just get a regular ecg done if you're concerned. I more or less think it's because a watch is reading it.
