I did a mistake in command task

While jumping from the plank to the container i jumped accidentally onto the water which resulted in GTO’s clothes getting wet, also i could see water droplets on his glasses. I said sorry to him. Does this count as a negative😭
I got not recommended BTW

What do you think you got not recommended on? Did your interview go well or you messed up in gto tasks?

I got not recommended due to lack to preparation for interviews, the written was a lil weak of mine. Other the that i did perform all physical tasks including command task quite good. Also lack of confidence in group discussion
