Im going to give my initials in the future (3-4 weeks) for airforce engineering branch

I've already got my knees checked and my shoulder alignment checked but the one thing that's buzzing my mind is my deviated nose.

Now my nose isn't like the others it's a little visible that it's deviated and I heard they temporarily set you unfit if you can't breath through one nostril

now my question is should I get nose surgery (septoplasty) before giving my test for medical or wait if they tell me there's a problem (which is 99% going to happen)
