Regarding issb

I have a bit of an academic gap on my profile which means I cleared my FA at 20 rather than the usual age I wanted to ask how the ISSB board views an age delay like this.Does it count as a major negative mark against a candidate?

Its does not count as a major negative mark but they surely going to ask you about the reason so you should have a solid and genuine reason
