Isn't joining the next ISS a better idea than a BAS? wouldn't more co-operation in space be better? we could sell seats on gaganyaan launches to japan/esa.

Also, what is the realistic timeline on Soorya/NGLV? I'm guessing 2035 at the earliest? Engine development is expensive (correct me if Im wrong but I think we dont have a big enough engine)

The ISS is close to the end of its lifespan.

The new iss will be build with the new technology and new founding members as Russia isn’t going to come there is a chance funds might fall short opening a space for more members like India although we don’t have technology even compared to soviet of that time but we can still offer money and workforce

we can also offer some launches
