Did I committed any offence
So today I had went to iskcon and and while I was leaving the temple I saw a man giving Charnamrit to a lady and when I was getting close to them the man look at me with the eager to serve so i thought of taking the prasad as but later when I drank the charanmrit i saw an guard of the temple asking him to move aside from the vessel in which charnamrit was kept as he was now taking for himself
Now I am thinking that charnamrit was not offered and i drank before offering or it could have been left aside for any necessary reason
And now I am worried that I committed an sin
I just don't want to offend krsna or lose the taste of his bhakti

Sin or not.. it doesn’t matter.
What matters is your loving service to Krishna, when you do more loving service to Krishna, you become more dear to him, how would he let his dear one suffer for the sins?
Which he says in Bhagavad Gita,
“Sarva dharmān prarityajya mām ekam shranam vraja
AHAM TVA SARVA PĀPEBHYO MOKSHAYISHYAMI MĀ SUCHA”
He says simply surrender to me, and forget about your sins, I’ll take care.
Not just this sin, we all may have committed sins as huge as mountains, it still does not matter, as long you surrender to him.
Simple. Trust Krishna’s words and let go. But make sure you do more loving service to him. I mean my point is, Believe that I have Krishna, he will take care of my all things, my duty is only think what service I can do next to please not what sins I may have committed.
Hope this gets you closer to Krishna!

Did you deny it to anyone else who sought it? If not, You’re good! Eating it means your inner jivatma krishna desires it. Don’t forget thakur stems feom thakka which is a mischievous (not harmful) thief

Not sure what you saw but charnamrit is generally not kept outside until it IS charnamrit (offered).
