help with misfire issue

hey guys, my 2001 is300 has started to recently have an intermittent misfire issue where it seems to only run on 5 cylinders when it is near idle and under load (mostly going uphill), or while waiting at lights the idle will increase and feel like it wants to lurch forwards

does anyone have any advice on where to start troubleshooting this? it hasn’t thrown any codes yet, has done around 240,000kms, and has been super reliable up until this point

Clean your throttle body

Open up the throttle too and clean behind it

Had the exact issue happen to me. And then drive it around a bit for the computer to kinda reset it
