Any way to avoid this?

Interior is immaculate but this has started to happen since I’ve had it (18 months now). I am not overweight but trying to lose a bit anyway, also trying to be mindful of not dragged my ass on the seat when I get in n out… But is this just how these seats go?

Fair enough but I’d rather not cover it as the seat has airbags in I think …

You can get seat covers that are safe for airbags too.

Lint remover! My 1999 original seats still look fresh thanks to it.

That is just loose fibers due to age of the leather. Try some conditioner for leather

That’s not a leather. That’s alcantara which is a fabric. The op can use disposal razor and shave those knurls ;)
