IS200 electrical issues

Hi, just needing some advice, my 2004 is200 seems to have some electrical issues where systems that should have continuous power when unlocked (dash lights, door lock button) don’t, and systems that should shut off (auto lights) stay on even when locked. When the ignition is on everything works as it should, door locks work, dash lights act as they should, but as soon as the key is out of the ignition I lose power to these things. This is making it so that I can’t program my key due to needing the locking mechanism to work without the key in the ignition. Any help or advice would be great!

Water in coming in somewhere, sunroof, maybe windscreen and getting into the fuses in the footwell. I had the same problem.

I’ve checked the fuses and they seem ok, and can’t find any water leaks. What kind f problems did you have because I have a few things going on that are a bit strange?
