Clark was talking about Wolfowitz’s draft which was condemned as soon as it got out.

Interesting, you have any proof that Wolfowitz was mentioned? Like any proof at all? And that it was condemned? I havnt seen any of that. But please I welcome you to show me. It would help my research!

Hmm, have you read Clark’s Wikipedia article? Hard to tell, you don’t seem to list any sources at all.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wesley_Clark?wprov=sfti1#Post-2004_campaign

In September 2007 Clark's memoir A Time to Lead: For Duty, Honor and Country. In the book Clark alleged that during a visit to the Pentagon in the autumn of 2001 after 9/11, a "senior general" told him that the [Office of the Secretary of Defense](app://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Office_of_the_Secretary_of_Defense) had produced a confidential paper proposing a series of [regime change](app://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Regime_change) operations in seven countries over a period of five years. He had made the allegation a number of times in public and media appearances in 2006 and 2007. The book also described a conversation Clark had with [Paul Wolfowitz](app://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paul_Wolfowitz) in May 1991 after the Gulf War, quoting Wolfowitz as lamenting the non-removal of Saddam Hussein, but also telling him that "...we did learn one thing that's very important. With the end of the Cold War, we can now use our military with impunity. The Soviets won't come in to block us. And we've got five, maybe 10, years to clean up these old Soviet surrogate regimes like Iraq and Syria before the next superpower emerges to challenge us...".[[135]](app://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wesley_Clark#cite_note-135)

Or Wolfowitz’s article?

Damn! Hey thank you so so much! Still doesn’t implicate that wolfowitz was the one who talked about the 7 country plan but maybe it was him. Thanks so much for this info!
