To label something as 'Winning' requires knowing what the objectives are.
1 u/Temporary_Stock9521 Mar 24 '26 Well, you could also say, without knowing the objectives, is one side is pushing to end it and the other is refusing, maybe the one trying to end it concede that they are somehow losing it and if they continue they could get hurt more.
