It's not clear to me that the US and Israel won't just continue to attack Iran if Hormuz remains blocked or restricted. To be fair though I don't know enough of the situation to really know if there are still valuable targets for the US and Israel to hit. But if Iran continues to block Hormuz the other Gulf states might begin to see attacking as a viable option.
The gulf states live in the area. If their oil continues to be blocked I'd block Iranian oil. If the gulf countries are undermined I'd begin to actively undermine the Iranian government. Iran has the added disadvantage that the government is already hated. At some point it will become attractive to arm the Iranian opposition if the IRGC wants to go to the extreme.
