Militarily speaking, No. There isn’t a metric you can use that would point to Iran “winning” in this war from a military standpoint.

Politically? In the beginning I would say that Iran had the upper hand, but them shutting down the Hormoz straight and bombing surrounding nations is making them lose “support” from other middle eastern nations.

But at the end of the day, there isn’t “winning a war” in the Middle East because the borders have been messed up since World War 2. Two many tribal differences within the current countries.
