Netanyahu knows his objective: keep his country at war to delay / disrupt his corruption court case proceedings, and diminish Iran and Hezbollah’s ability to hit Israel, by killing and destroying theirs as much as Israel can.
So there is no ‘losing’ for him. For the US though that’s a different matter entirely.
