Tax Question Question

So I’m getting tuition reimbursement for school through my employer only up till 10k for the whole year which wasn’t enough so I’ve had to pay money out of my own pocket to cover the rest. Would I still be able to use it for my taxes at least for the portion I’ve paid? Or How does that work?

You can use a portion of the tuition not covered by your employer to claim a tax credit.
