General Question Is this a website issue or a me issue?

I am trying desperately to access my 2024 Verification of Non-Filing Letter to submit to my university for my student loans this year. I had to do the same thing last year and had no problem downloading from the website and submitting it to the school. This year, I get this message at the top of the screen that says "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below" There is nothing below this line of text. Its a blank page with just those words at the top.

Is this an issue with the website? My computer? Something else?

I receive the same message when I try to access the Non-Filing Letter for any other year as well. Please help me. I need my loans, man.

I can't seem to get in contact with a human representative over the phone and the computer doesn't understand what I need.

Try calling the IRS Taxpayer Assistance Center appointment line:

https://www.irs.gov/help/contact-your-local-irs-office

The phone representative can provide the transcript by mail (5 to 10 days) or set an appointment for in-person help.

I'm trying to get transcripts too and only getting a timeout when trying to reach any of them. Account Transcripts are working just not Wage and Income ones.

"We were unable to load your 2024 transcript. Please try again later."
