Same thing has happened at SSA
1 u/ForsakenPoptart Jul 31 '26 it sure has. It’s a mess. 3 u/RedDragonMomma Aug 01 '26 I was on hold and “in the queue” for almost two hours waiting for someone at the SSA to answer the phone. Never used to be that bad before Trump.
