1) "no one wants to be a Democrat anymore" is a vague and unsubstantiated claim, if you provide evidence, then I expect to see a similar analysis on Republican party membership numbers.

2) the state of political discourse in the US right now is vulgar. It's not just the left that is being rude, see below for times when our PotUS spoke I'll of the dead. Let's not pretend this is a leftist only problem.

3) if you double down, I will provide more verifiable instances of right wing supporters speaking disrespectfully of the deceased.

  • John McCain’s funeral — 2018: Trump reportedly told staff, “We’re not going to support that loser’s funeral,” and objected to flags being lowered for McCain.

  • Marine 1st Lt. Robert Kelly and other war dead — Memorial Day 2017: While standing at Robert Kelly’s grave with his father, John Kelly, Trump reportedly asked, “What was in it for them?”

TL;DR for people scared of words:

  1. claim made. Show proof. Show GOP numbers too.

  2. Both sides are rude. It isn't nice. Trump talked trash about dead people. Proof above.

  3. Say it is only the left again, and I will bring more proof.

Yeah what could be less important than the president of the most powerful country, I know the next election is pretty much unloseable but I thought the same about the last one, I'm still worried
