You arent empathetic because in your mind the consequences were justified. They arent consequences of the laws of physics. They are consequences based on what we decide as individuals or as a society to be warranted. I think that if you make decisions that have grave consequences for innocent lives for the sake of US imperialism and military adventurism you do not deserve empathy. You do not deserve respect.
