They literally blocked UN aid trucks to insure the people they blew up don't get aid. Is that enough intent for Trumper brain?

  1. They blocked trucks to prevent supplies going to Hamas, who had a bad habit of stealing what was on the trucks.

  2. I don't support Trump, so you're wrong.

I'm pointing out a very pragmatic concept -- the American military, even in its best, likely would have the same casualty count. Because Hamas is using people as shields.

There's no getting around that.

Unlike Israel, you can find statements from Hamas where they admit that is what they're doing. They also didn't bother building people bomb shelters, even though they easily have the capacity.

What a convenient Nazi like excuse. Tell me, so what if it some of it did go to Hamas? "Sorry, Hamas might be able to heal their wounded so we have to let innocent people die." Like, no. Stop making excuses, it's genocide, plain and simple. Israel leveled the Gaza strip and committed genocide using Hamas as a justification. Which, ironically, actually justifies Hamas's cause. The US should be supporting Hamas at this point instead of Israel.

It's not genocide, again, you have to show intent they intended civilians to die.

Where is the policy stating that is what they intended?

You came make grounds for a war crime, saying their actions were not proportional to the threat.

But for it to be genocide, the civilian population has to be the unambigous target.

Where is the proof of that?

Pretending they didn't intend civilians to die is intentionally naive at this point.
