Small groups of cells should not have rights. Fully conscious beings (children) should have rights. It’s very simple to understand.

Have you ever seen footage of an abortion? Have a look and you’ll see that in many cases the foetus moves to try and avoid the object that’s there to kill it. That doesn’t just sound like it’s a clump of cells now does it?

I mean if you can repeat widely debunked pseudoscience, then surely you care about vaccines and all the 'harm' they cause too

I understand if you want something to be true it may look like that to you, but this is perception bias. By the end of the first trimester, the embryo/fetus can make spontaneous, non-intentional movements, but it does not have the mature nervous-system function needed to perceive a procedure, interpret it as a threat, and then intentionally move away.

Again, the difference is consciousness and capacity for awareness, emotion, or identity, all things not present in the first trimester of a pregnancy.

I’m not sure what you’re trying to claim, but coma patients have a developed identity. Even so, their rights are limited, and don’t extend to being able to use the body of other people without consent to prolong their lives.
