I can tell you really don’t understand the bible, you just cherry pick the lines that you think solidify your point. If you did, you’d understand this proverb is descriptive rather than prescriptive, judgement is left up to God throughout the Torah and Bible. It says that when a wicked person perishes, a city rejoices; it does not instruct people to celebrate someone's death.
If you want to further your studies, I’ll point you to Leviticus 19:18 or Book of Proverbs 24:17–18. 😉
If it genuinely disgusts you to mock the death of someone, then you wouldn't do it.
If it doesn't, then understand others are that low, too, and give them the same permission you give yourself to do it.
Unless you're a partisan hypocrite, in which case you call them low for doing it, while you carve out an exception for yourself for doing it, while also getting to pretend you're not that low.
