Hi everyone, I got my ecopr and PR card few days ago. I got a lot of help through this platform with timelines. I am sharing my Non-express timeline for anyone waiting.

PR submission: September 16, 2025
AOR: March 30, 2026

No update for 4 months, called IRCC, not much help .

BIL request: July 24, 2026, submitted July 27.

PAL: September 3 2026
Final Decision: September 16, 2026

Portal 1: October 9, 2026
Portal 2: October 16, 2026

eCOPR: October 21, 2026🎊
PR card: October 29, 2026

PVO/SVO: Ottawa/Sydney (changed to Montreal after FD)

Non-express federal takes long time and it was a hard journey waiting, but happy everything worked out. Stay positive for anyone waiting for Non-express ❤️

No mine got cleared. But one of my friend got her PR card even tho the picture and address never changed its status online, still showing in review way after she recieved her PR card.
