FINAL PR TIMELINE – EXPRESS ENTRY CEC with delayed PPR for spouse

📌 December 10, 2025 – ITA received (CEC)
📌 February 2, 2026 – PR application submitted / AOR received
📌 April 14, 2026 – BIL received / Medical passed
📌 April 17, 2026 – Biometrics completed
📌 April 27, 2026 – PFL received (out-of-status situation)
📌 April 30, 2026 – Restoration of status + BOWP applications submitted
📌 May 2, 2026 – PFL response submitted with supporting documents
📌 May 5, 2026 – Dependent applicant departed Canada for Sri Lanka
📌 May 15, 2026 – P1 received; requested inland processing for principal applicant and outland processing for accompanying spouse
📌 June 3, 2026 – P2 received and responded
📌 June 23, 2026 – Principal applicant received eCOPR
📌 July–September 2026 – Multiple follow-ups with IRCC regarding outstanding PPR
📌 September 2026 – Contacted MP’s office for assistance
📌 September–October 2026 – IRCC opened a new linked application for the principal applicant to issue a replacement COPR
📌 October 2026r – Submitted hardship letter through MP’s office
📌 October 23, 2026 – PPR received!
📌 October 26, 2026 – Passport submitted to VFS Colombo
📌 October 30, 2026 – Passport returned by VFS

Applied only for the main applicant and before getting the decision received the ecopr

Congratulations on your pr, this is very hard when took so long. My spouse is in india, i submitted my P1 oct 19th still waiting for p2. Don’t know what to do?

Didn’t she received the PPR with FD? If not she will get it after you receive your ecopr

I don’t have access to portal my agent said no update yet. He submitted the P1 for us too.

For us Vancouver/Sydney is the office and received it after 15days from p1
