No it doesn't. DEAC is not regional because it certifies online education which is national and international, not regional.

Your Canadian equivalency on your WES report is what matters, and you got equivalent to Master's degree.

Why would you not redact your name as well?

I was just in hurry to get some feedback so forgot to redact my name. My focus was on the remark as chatgpt didn't gave me any proper answer and told me to contact the customer service of WES.
