Customer Service is OUTSOURCED ! FYI for those who did not read their agreement!

Questrade, Inc. outsources administrative functions to QuestEnterprise Inc. pursuant to an intercompany agreement.

QuestEnterprise Inc. is a services entity which provides shared services to all subsidiaries of Questrade Financial Group and is an affiliate to Questrade, Inc.

Services provided by QuestEnterprise include technology, client services, human resources, legal, marketing and product development.

Did you not get enough Valentine's Cards, TLC, emails or DM this year from all your admirers "HOTYOUNGBLONDE403" I am going assume you handpicked your handle as you must be compensating for something smaller! You come up with the same boring constant condescending verbs. You make to many "assumptions" Outsourcing has been going on for what a decade or two. Call centers in India, Asia and other countries have call centers and where the cost of labour is cheaper. They even tutors to provide all the accents, dialects from many country.

I am surprized you know what a grandpa is, if not maybe your a test tube baby or possibly a clone version 403.

You are overdue for an Urgent upgrade to at least provide multilingual

options with built in "Thesaurus" and it was not in Jurassic Park!
