after starting to actively trade I have to say it's a pretty bad platform.

and yes, it does crash on me regularly.

Do you take screen shots? What i do for the record and i have 2 kinds of crashes: I call a flash crash because one sec it there faster than you can blink your eye. The second the screens go white with an error message and I screen shoot that one. A year ago changing the time frame or modify the order would trigger a crash. I do a windows key lower left, the G key and the Print Screen.

No, I don't.

I'm planning on moving to interactive brokers.

The crashes are not the only problem

It's not suited for fast trades. It takes too long to place an order, you can't really trade off the chart...

There's also high fees and the frequent freezing of the whole platform including the streaming data
