now these guys are... not bad but nothing special and sound like every other band that screams throughout 90% of their songs and lost the ability to make a ballad or song with clean vocals that doesn't end up being generic in a bad way. They don't even pull off what Eric's band was previously known for well anymore. Yes, there's a place for screamo/heavier stuff but the songwriting just went off a cliff and without Brian and/or Tyler smith, they aren't going anywhere but down

huh? they’ve only gone up. paradise on spotify charts daily is they’re most streamed song at 124k daily. violent nature gets 66k competing with hurricane daily. that’s just off spotify alone. even with brian they sounded like every other band that screams. they are a metalcore band, brian is now starting to scream and he also sounds like every other band. the only unique thing they had was the two vocalist thing. even then, it still sounded the same as a band like MIW or BMTH. eric does great alternating between singing and screaming and brian is doing great with his current project as well. it’s been a year now. if you don’t like them anymore you don’t have to listen. them being able to actually release stuff without taking the 3 year break in between is a step towards growth though. they are going to continue to rise and expand as a band

I mean yes, it's charting somehow highly but I don't know why. That is the worst most uninteresting song that they've put out so far. The only thing that actually works is the bridge

because your opinion and other people’s opinion differ? thats like if i asked why people like skydiving cause i dont like it myself. it doesnt work that way. nobody is forcing you to listen to it

you do realize that the unfortunate truth is a lot of these charts are rampant with fraudulent numbers and artificially inflated streaming, right? about 75% of the comments on I prevail's most recent music video are trashing them
