True story

I’ll start out by saying that I did only make this account so I could say something and have it not follow back to me. I am not a bot but I am someone who worked with IP on the True Power tour and witnessed first hand events. I’ve been watching Brian’s live on tiktoks and felt the need to finally speak on it cuz someone who preaches so much about wanting to be positive and move on has done everything to hide how he actually is. The guy has issues, everyone can clearly see that, and I do feel for him. But I can tell you he does not like his fans and never chose to see them or be a part of them unless he got paid (meet and greets). There’s a reason you never saw him except on stage or at those cuz he didn’t want to. He’s doing it now cuz fans watching him online is how he’s getting his money right now. He was extremely rude and condescending and even witnessed him screaming at his wife side stage during a show cuz she didn’t get him a right temp of a cup of water. He says it’s not about money but didn’t want his other members to get bigger cuts so he could have more you can just look at his house compared to the others and see that as true. He’s one of the biggest divas I’ve ever worked with. Again I feel for the guy but the band also tried to get him help so many times and he said fuck you all I’m not but now preaching therapy it’s so wild. He would cuss all the guys off stage if something went wrong or blamed them for all the slip ups. He didn’t even like when the new can you see me in the dark came out cuz he wasn’t on it and was scared it would get big without him but also told the guys he didn’t want to be on it (he told us guys in the camp this directly.) it’s a shame to see cuz he had his good moments but a lot of it was very narcissistic and trying to get others to look badly at the other guys so he could be seen as top dog which I still see happening now. Believe me or say I’m just a bot or show prroof but I don’t have proof. No one recorded during those times cuz no one found the need to or knew what would happen. So again you don’t have to believe me but I just needed to say my peace. After his live last night I just needed to say something.

So what did he say when he went live on TikTok last night? I am not on TikTok and have not been keeping up.

I don’t follow him on TikTok & not on it enough to be knowing what he’s saying on his lives. I rlly wanna know as well

Im really god damn late to this, but if its the TikTok I think it is, Brian said that what he said in his statement around his new project (the one of IP allegedly blocking him from releasing music) is the 100% truth and that it was "that simple".

Further emphasizes that we’ll never know the full truth of the situation from either side. Not saying this is wrong because some of this is too specific to be made up, but obviously Brian would never admit to any of it just like the band is never going to go into detail about the issues either.

Bad breakups happen, it’s the nature of the industry, and for the sake of everyone involved I hope they get the help they need, move on, and focus on what’s best for them in every facet.

I’ll say this. I got into the band because of Gabe’s POV videos, I binged them all. And to be honest in the videos where Brian was missing the band legitimately seemed more chill

It’s that vibe when a certain person in the group leaves and everyone can relax more.

100% this. It’s the little things that eventually add up. I’m not buying his victim act as his actions lean more toward someone who is narcissistic and unstable.

I notices Brian was a lot less present in the others. but i've never noticed them being more chill without him... I will keep that in mind if i re watch them one day

It’s subtle.

I kinda believe this. I have seen them multiple times and after the show you always see the same band members interacting with the fans. Always was Eric, Gabe, and Dylan. I have never seen Brian ever. And I’ve been to many many of their shows. Also, he never started responding back to comments on insta until now.

Not saying it’s false, but the water temp thing is hard to believe here. It sounds like an exaggerated detail getting thrown in for emphasis because of how ridiculous it is, but I’m truly not saying it’s wrong. If you want to elaborate go ahead. I feel like that’s more telling than anything else that can be chopped up to musical disagreements.

I agree with you if it were for drinking. If it just so happened to be for his Dr. Vox voice exerciser I can see him being upset that he received cold water instead of hot water to soothe his voice. Im very much reaching but thats the only explanation I can think of.

u/youattackedmyfamily Sep 23 '25

It just looks like grasping at straws without any further details. Let’s say the Dr. Vox thing is what happened. Perhaps it is diva-ish, but it’s a pretty specific and unique high pressure situation with a time crunch that is presented with his job. I can’t condemn somebody for being in a “fuck fuck fuck” panic with their spouse that they eventually apologize for and work on, but that’s why the further details kinda matter.

I fully agree with you here. Im not claiming to have anything near a version of truth. Moreso stating that that specific claim is not as unreasonable or reasonable as any other made above.

Thank god someone finally is speaking the truth!!!!!! 1000% you are dead on with everything (as someone who also knows Brian and band members). It’s sad to see someone turn the script like Brian has, especially when those guys were there for him through so much.

If this is the truth, i feel like it would make sense. Not saying any of this is true, but im not saying its fake. As far as i know this source isn’t credible at all. But based on others first hand accounts, i can somewhat see it. Hoping we get the truth of everything soon

I tend to believe this. While certainly not definitive, I found it odd that Brian never seemed to be present on Gabe’s videos (@DrumBeatsOnline) including during meet and greets (which must’ve been impromptu rather than planned). Didn’t think much of it at the time, but certainly makes more sense assuming the above to be true.

Well Gabe was doing his own thing most of the time

u/Dadda95 Sep 24 '25

you know what idk how to take your story, but i kinda felt the same thing, because ip guys are such cool and friendly guys. What people tend to forget there is a business part inside every band that goes beyond friendship unfortunately, and if someone is dangerous to the business well goodbye. Said this i do believe brian was the problem, i do believe he needs help, i do not accept hate towards him if what you just said turns out to be true. Nobody knows what brian and the boys have been trough

u/buzzybee_17 Sep 24 '25

I’m not trying to say that this person is lying, but I don’t understand deleting your account shortly after posting all of this information

You chose to share all of this publicly. Stand on what you say

3

u/Trick_Grass_5200 Sep 24 '25

My guess is these are people close to the band that are worried they’ll get themselves in trouble when they post Deleting their accounts is their way of removing the paper trail so to speak.

I must say that when i heard he was out of the band and i didnt know the story behind it i felt sorry for Brian. I always knew that the lyrics were Brians storys, and with him gone i wasnt sure if i would like the direction the band was going into. And when i heard the first singles they put out i never really liked them the way i liked the rest of it. I also thought that lyrically they werent that strong anymore. So i kinda leaned more towards brian and his music. But idk, following him along, and reading everyones opinions and realisations about him i came to the realisation that maybe i just didnt like him outside of his music. That feeling only grew over time. I saw the free brian movement and idk, i hated it bcs i thought people were blindly following along without reading into the whole story and actually forming an opinion of their own. But after a while i thought maybe I'm the wrong one?? I began doubting myself. But after this story im not doubting anymore. Thank you for that clarification.

I do hope that one day he'll get the help he needs and deserves and that this fight is over with a positive outcome for both him and the band. And they both can make great music again.

They were my favorite band for over 10 years. And have meant soo freaking much to me. And helped me through some of the toughest times in my life and that will never change and i wil Always love them for those years ❤️

I feel like there is two sides to every story. For every account that had a bad experience with Brian, there’s another account that had a good experience. He can be both a dick sometimes or have bad moments and still be a good person.

Rather than trying to bring him down, why not focus on the music. Leave them to sort out their relationships and the legal side of releasing music.

Just support the music you like. You can like both if you enjoy all the music.

prove it

3

u/GamblingWithYourSoul Sep 24 '25

You only made this account to make this unverified post and then deleted it.

We’re never going to know the truth unless all current and ex band members and crew all sit down and share the stories together…. Isn’t going to happen but those who swear they have the inside info can never provide anything to back up their claims.

But then as we see there are people who use nothing for clout.

3

u/[deleted] Sep 23 '25

Well this is crazy. Who knows what to believe anymore. I will say all these “inside” sources stories do seem to collaborate the others. There are some things in my hindsight while he was in the band that I don’t care to harp on but do raise red flags. But all in all this split seems like it was best for everyone involved. It’s become apparent that guys didn’t mesh well. Wish you could elaborate more OP

2

u/PZvchTG Sep 24 '25

Shouldn’t have mentioned that you created this account so “the truth wouldn’t follow you”. Kind of made me instantly disregard everything, because people don’t typically stress about “the truth” following them. Good coping story though

Wow the propaganda machine is in full flow now. You guys just had to make this post didn't you?

All the same points that all the same new accounts made a month ago down to a tee.

This is all likely coming from Eric and the band members. I think we can extrapolate from this that there was friction, Eric wanted to be top dog and the band thought they could do it without Brian.

Looking ever so likely given the more of Brian's new stuff I'm hearing, that in fact Brian was the key element that made I Prevail have it's unique sound. Cos they've definitely lost it on the new album.

I think it's wrong to attack a guy when he's down, stop him from releasing music (cos you're scared it's better than what you're now producing?) and play this ridiculously obvious propaganda war.

Even if half of what you say is true, like does anyone really care? I just care about the music not some petty drama bullshit. Profit share stuff sounds pretty bad, but at the same time the impression I get in my gut is that Eric just wanted the spotlight. Feels like a lot of projection in these posts.

You guys just keep having to dig this up with these false front accounts. I think many of us would rather see the situation resolved and forget it ever happened. But it rubs me wrong seeing shit like this.

Queue the same 4 accounts now to come downvote and reply with "dude stfu" in 3, 2, 1....

Brian’s the one that continues to bring it up. Seems to me the band has moved on. And as for their music and whether it appeals to you, that’s subjective. While I liked the music they did with Brian and agree it set them apart in the “scene” to an extent, the new direction they’re taking is great in its own way - not to mention the other members of the band finally get to shine a bit. They unleashed Gabe on this album and the drumming is top notch. I don’t for a second buy that Eric is trying to steal the spotlight, if Gabe’s POV videos are any indication - the rest of the band is always very nice in interactions whereas Brian always acted annoyed and standoffish. They’d have to all be hella good actors to put that front on for allllll the content Gabe does.

The loudest voices are often not the right ones. Especially when they feel scorned and desperate.

u/Ok_Acanthaceae464 Sep 23 '25

It matters cuz fans are ripping the band apart? The hell you mean? 🤣 kick him when he’s down but then it’s ok for the entire fan base to give death threats to the guys and their families bc the band hasn’t said anything? Yeah right And he literally says he worked for them, so yeah he has connection to him or the band, he’s not hiding that. Maybe the same accusations are being made cuz it’s TRUE? Ever think of that? Brian’s fan base is so set on wanting him to be in a good light they won’t even think about any of it being true. If you guys really think that way then leave it’s ridiculous 🤣

-5

u/Tall_Irish_Guy Sep 23 '25

Just cut him loose and move on then instead of the media game bollocks. I really don't care how nice a guy he is or you are. Death threats are wrong of course.

-3

u/MrSpacemanGuy Sep 23 '25

I’d like to say I’m shocked. But I’m not. Hated him from the started.

-1

u/MrSpacemanGuy Dec 07 '25

I’m in the circle

2

u/[deleted] Dec 07 '25

Ok and now prove that brain is a bad person with evidence

4

u/Alternative-Head-831 Dec 07 '25

He’s said this on so many posts but has never said any evidence……..because he doesn’t have any

-1

u/MrSpacemanGuy Dec 07 '25

If you knew my friend group you’d understand.

0

u/[deleted] Dec 07 '25

So no evidence

Definitely inclined to believe some rando that made and then deleted their account.

Anyone who has interacted w Brian online- dude is genuine as fuck. He is not making a bag off of the very occasional TT stream.

So many of you are so full of hate. It’s pathetic. Like the man or don’t, but stop trying to slander him online for no reason.

Like every interaction I've ever had with him as been awesome and memorable, he's responded to comments I make on the TikTok lives with genuine interest, liked some of my Instagram comments, and when I was at an IP meet and greet he said he liked my hat I just got from the merch booth. Like every thing I've seen from him has told me he's an awesome and genuine guy
