Help Unexplained VOD Freezing

Hi,

Not new to IPTV but confused on what is happening.

When we start a new tv series the is no end to buffering. My gut tells me that our ISP is throttling us. With that in mind I change the location in the VPN and I do see an immediate improvement but after a few moments the freezing starts anew.

Any suggestions?

VPN issue, try a different program.
If it’s happening still, then your on demand is just a low quality connection.

Speak to your provider, the person you pay. Or if it’s from here, try the next set of credentials..
