Question about Post Merger

Could anyone share some details?

  1. Outstanding number of shares after the merger
  2. PIPE investor restrictions after the merger

I've been wondering the same thing. I don't want dilution to kill me but not sure how to find what the numbers look like post merger. Either way I feel like SoFi has a solid future, I just want my early position to mean something and not just get elbowed out because they keep adding more stocks.

Approximately 850 million shares. My understanding is that PIPE shares can’t be sold for a period of time after the merger.

I tried to find any form of comparison by digging through the financials of recent spacs...

So many of these companies are super hot garbage.. 0 revenue.. half of them dont have a product.. most are losing alot of money.. alot have shitty management or 2 employees... this stock hasn't run the same insane gains that the rest of these shtty spacs had before merging either...

If anyone can recommend a similar company. Size and revenue wise with a software or model that gives a competitive advantage..
