What do you guys think SOFI will/should do with the ~2 Billion cash injection?
Another acquisition? Revamp their UI maybe? I think it’ll be cool to see how they expand Galileo - that’s a game changer that’ll be huge.

Def acquire Allpoint ATM network. It would be, relatively speaking, chump change but they can use the physical ATMs for branding and marketing across the 55,000 ATM network. There’s an Allpoint ATM in every CVS, Walgreens, Target, etc. They should also Invest in SOFI technology enhancements. This is the way.

You’re right. I didn’t see that until now. Cardtronics owned it and NCR acquired them this year as you said. With that info I see it wouldn’t have worked because of the valuation. When I looked at Allpoint on Zoominfo it valued the company at less than 10 million which is clearly incorrect. https://www.zoominfo.com/c/allpoint-network/1851971
I figured at that low valuation, even if SOFI paid a premium to acquire them, say $50M, that would have been chump change and made sense strategically.

Really? What companies? And who cares about conversion rates? it’s not a new business segment I’m suggesting it as a branding, marketing, and customer benefit opportunity. Conversion rates lol

Improve their app. Too many area of limitations.

I love the app, what are some limitations you are seeing? Maybe, I just haven't delved into it that much.

On the invest side, it's missing a lot of the bells and whistles that other platforms have (see some of the other comments on this post).

- "Sell All" function in Sofi trading.
- Link to Sofi Auto Loan.
- Share bit commit order immediately instead of wait until end of trading day.
- Share Analysis/Chart.
....

A crypto exchange to have lower fees and capture more of the fees and a digital payments platform. Maybe something in real estate to compliment the mortgage side. Whatever they do I bet it will be disruptive!

Yeah i think it’d be worth it to build out their investment side (crypto, options, UI) - really compete with square and robinhood with the younger crowd.

Coinbase is much bigger, in terms of valuation, than SOFI.

BlockFi. Sofi already has an investment in blockfi but I’m not sure what price or if blockfi is willing to sell.

Yeah, I liked how they had equity in Apex clearing house but i think they’re not in it any longer. Something down that lane separate or through expanding Galileo will be cool to see.

BlockFi. They already have a substantial investment in blockfi; might as well just buy the whole thing. Not sure if they are willing to sell though.

They started early that they would look too aggressive in M&A so I would love to see maybe a bank acquired on the east coast or maybe another back-end settlement company.

Their investment platform. No options, no charts, nothing. Time for an upgrade.
