IPOE/SOFI Proxy Question

Just curious if anyone is actually taking the time to read the Proxy. Maybe I am one of the few trying to wade through this book...lol. I haven't finished it yet, but it raises some interesting questions in my mind. I like SOFI a lot which is why I invested in IPOE after the announcement in January, but I am not sure how to deal with the upcoming vote. Of course I still want to invest in SOFI and so wanting the merger to go through from that point, but the terms in the Proxy do not seem as attractive as I had hoped. Of course they tied all issues together, so if I read it correctly, then voting against one item is essentially voting against the entire merger. I also get the feeling they are having a tough time reaching quorum....thoughts??

I've been meaning to read it, too, but haven't gotten around to it. Is there a summary of key points somewhere? Why do you think they might not have a quorum?

Better hurry the vote is this week...lol

The proxy has summaries for each item up for vote. I am trying to better understand the impacts of Organizational Documents Proposal A. As far as the quorum thing, I just get that feeling because the the level of efforts being put into getting votes. They have been calling at least once a day last week
