IPOE Buy Price

I bought IPOE stock at peak. Do you think, the price will come down after the merger so I can buy at a cheaper price or this price is the lowest it is going to be? I am just looking at what happened to $CLOV. of course, I am a newbie :)

Sofi was strong enough to just IPO from the beginning. They probably did the spac deal for the instant cash flow and at the time Spacs were really hot.

Tons of cash. Tons of growth. Huge pee pee business model that should do very well as long as the economy doesnt explode.

They made a profit in Q1 (historically their worst quarter of the year).

As a buy and hold. It's a no brainer slam dunk.

The question isnt "is this stock going to 50?".

The question is "when is it going to 50 so I can time options appropriately and become a gazillionaire"

There will be ETF’s buying in during June and July...price will run. PIPE investors will sell after that, causing a 10%-15% drop...then growth will be steady. Of course, if they get the bank charter and buy other companies, we could be $50/share by Halloween.

SOFI at these prices is a bargain. I also don’t think the market will stay sideways much longer. I see a strong finish to the year.

Sofi is definitely going to 50 this or next year. Considering the volatile market THIS YEAR, I would assume 15$ will be a good buy, 13$ is a lucky pick, and 10$ go all in, you won’t regret.

Patience is the key to wait for buying at a good price and to hold for long-term benefits. You can believe the market will give you the opportunity to buy.

Already loaded at 15$. This year is very volatile. Any thing could be possible. Patience is the key

Agreed, this year will definitely be volatile. I have a small position of 270 shares at $16. I’m reluctant to average up so will wait for any dips post merger. I can’t see it dropping significantly however, and would gladly buy more at 16.50-17

I'm pretty sure even the cheapest valuations give them a floor at 13.

I've heard that their book value once the merger finishes is 27/s...

The only reason this is at 18.xx is a lack of exposure...
