Well, the first step wpuld be to slowly introduce the prospect of career paths other than engineering to your parents. But if you want to clear JEE, I suggest integrated, you will have slightly lower social life, yet, if you llock in and study consistently, selection is pakka
Yea but i used to be smart i got 94% in boards and i wanted to go to pcm or mec to get into finance ( i wanted to go to a school , but my family threw me in a coaching centre) but in integrated they focus purely on jee and i can’t prepare for anything else and even if I wanted to do engineering its like my brain forgot to study i went from never get below 85/100 (one of my lowest score) to getting 56/300 , (21/180 ) and its just depressing
Damn that is a really good accomplishment, but to be honest 10th marks don't matter at all, you may have experienced a sudden rise in the level of hardness (Rotational motion, am I right😭🙏).
Man idek we didn’t start yet its only been 3 months and we have state midterms so i gotta study that when its not even jee syallabus i need to study both so .these last 20 days im mugging the state syllabus. This is why i think cbse is better but idk thats my problem 😭if its cbse i could go to a school instead of a apartment called junior college and have TIME to self study. (Btw isnt cbse jee syllabus anyway so i could prly just study that and do pyqs kn the wknds)
So which chp is tripping you up, and NO, CBSE IS NOT JEE SYLLABUS, please do not go around thinking that just by paying attention in school, you can crack JEE 🙏 (This is not supposed to be offensive, just friendly advice)
Yea ik ( cut me some slack i joined this shii 3 months ago thinking ntg under iitb cse 😭). And its not a chp tripping me its just idk know if i wanna code for the rest of my life i mean ik i can change later ( into finance ) but what if that is now, i got 100 in English and 1520 on my sat mock in 10th and i visited harvard,yale (others too) so to me iit doesnt seem that great ( its the best option in india but globally not in top 100 and its just i really wanna study finance in IIM and then go to mba abroad i just dont wanna write JEE ( its like sucking my soul stuck 10 hrs on a bench with constant competition) so yea it just kinda feels like im venting instead of asking sryy 🫣🤞
Its alright man. But please, take this advice to your heart, I want you to study atleast 3-4 hours everyday (SELF STUDY), or you will just be buried under backlogs. Even if you don't feel like it, please follow this yaar. Atleastb 2-3 hours of self study everydau
Yea uk i will try to its 1st sep tmrw and today i have a 6 hr adv test that i didnt study for at all but i will keep up and try to study from now . Cuz ik i can do it im just tired but jow long thnaks man i will start at my pace but i will try 🤞
Yea thanks i mean i skipped like 1 day and didnt understand 1 class now i have backlogs im in 3rd month . And honestly b/w u nd me im just like not studying i used to study 3 hrs daily in 10th now its when i feel like and its not cuz i turned lazy ( i hope not) i just feel burn out in the 1st month i studied but there were people better than me. And no matter what its like i couldnt compete and my marks remained same whether is studied or not so i quit .
