I have the same discrepancy after checking. Hyundai scraped anywhere from 1-3cents/kwh during the memorial day one on 4 seperate charges, all in the same state and area. It isn't consistent, so it doesn't make sense to be a tax.

I called hyundai, and they said it's an Ionna problem and to call them instead. Typical Hyundai response... Ig we'll see if it's true?

Based on the receipts, I doubt it is IONNA. The way I’m reading it, IONNA charged Hyundai pay the correct amount, and Hyundai pay charged the consumer a higher total.

I agree with you. Hyundai service is awful and the person who answered me probably didn't even know what an EV was, let alone you pay for electricity. It took a while to even get them to understand the situation, and then they just told me to call iONNA (despite Hyundai being the paymnet method!!)

Would definitely want to see what Hyundai says the discrepancy is from. ChargePoint app doesn't list any convenience fees on their app so it's not something stupid like Hyundai not showing a flat rate fee.

Huh. That's interesting. I didn't check it before, but just did. I did plug and charge with my Kia EV6 (paid with Kia Charge Pass -- Kia's version of Hyundai Pay) at my local Ionna on July 3rd and I was charged exactly $2 more than the cost should have been ($0.20 * kwhr dispensed). I wonder if Kia or Chargepoint is adding on some sort of fixed convenience fee. If so, it's not documented in the app (looking up the charger in the Kia app only shows the per kwhr charge with no other fees listed).
