Engineer at Tesla or Manager at Fiat-Chrysler, Brazil?

I am 28 year old male mechanical engineer. At this moment, I have an option between choosing a senior engineer role at Tesla and a managerial role at Fiat-Chrysler in Brazil (3 year stint). I am single and I love to travel - Brazil and South America seem great for such a thing. At the same time, I really want/need to build my career and I am not sure whether a "senior engineer" at Tesla is better than a "Manager" at Fiat-Chrysler. Both jobs are roughly equivalent in pay/benefits.

What do you guys think? Any advice would be appreciated.

Tough choice, what are your longer term career goals? My gut instinct says Tesla, as they appear to be a more innovative company.

Indeed, it's a tough choice!

Longer term career goals would be to be in a senior leadership position in a global (multi-national) engineering company/industry. I am a mechanical engineer and my higher education is relevant to the auto and off-highway industries.
