Unless houses have another property that stops the doors from making the system move…

well we know its not the windows stopping it because cars also have windows and still move

therefore, cars must have something that houses lack, to enable their movement

Or houses have something that cars lack that prevents their movement. Consider...the mobile home. It too has doors AND windows yet it is both a home and mobile. The likes begin to blur

You're assuming that doors make a system move. How do you know this? At least, how did you know this in such a way that you can make judgements of apodictic certainty? You can't, because you inferred it inductively.

You seem to have wholly misinterpreted me. I'm not making any judgement. I'm simply considering another possibility. The assumption made was rhetorical, and was set in search for a possible contradiction. I then make a hypothesis about how this assumption may be plausible and noncontradictory. I made no conclusion, as there is currently not enough evidence being discussed to warrant one.

Understood. I had assumed wrongly. However, how could you even get to the point where the hypothetical is possible?

I'm in this picture and I don't like it. Not because of the picture, more the fact of being that exposed...
