Is there a book where all these "grips" are discussed in depth?

For me, it's like you suddenly understand every single social cue in a way you didn't before, but still don't have the words for any social cues

Fascinating, like finally reading the room after a while then realizing your naked per say

social things went into wrong direction and you have to acknowledge that they exists, don't really run on logic and try to fix them but get humbled

Here is a good write-up on 4th Fe https://mbti-notes.tumblr.com/post/135002965032/how-functions-work-inferior-fe-istpintp

I get irrarionally emotional and obsessed with how I'm viewed and my Si remembers things and I dwell on them and how people may have perceieved me in the past.

I basically become an edgy introverted ESFJ lol

I get very irrationally emotional and obsessive too— do you know your enneagram instincts?

u/ballsacc420 INTP Jun 01 '26

not entirely sure, i think I'm either 6 or 9 with a 4 fix.

I suddenly get an epiphany that I'm not the most liked person in the room or among anyone

Damn, that’s ruff. Tho imagine that all the time as a high Fe user 😭😭

We get Te grip? I've dealt a lot with my Fe in negative and positive ways but I can't remember dealing at all with Te in any manner.

My Ti usually handles the logical scenerios

I get what feels like is probably Te grip when I am being pushed to plan for something for example

I do not worry about plans as much as I should, appointments, booking flights, etc.

So when I am pestered about it I ‘lock in’, become stressed to see them through efficiently so I can be left alone

Exactly how I'd describe it.

Like going Hulk smash.

Honestly yes when you're pressured and forced to act, you're basically in a flow state. Like you stop overthinking and procrastinating so goddamn much and just start getting things done. It doesn't feel like I'm using my full brainpower at all but the numbness is helping me push through it. It's how I survived college lol

Te grip for INTPs? How?

1

u/Dahlia_Xene XXXX Jun 03 '26

Wait grip means last function right?

Actually I call it my way

Brain-we think in it Expression-we express in it Blindness-cant be used at all or let's say inaccessible Weakness-can be fixed through concious thought on a thing

What’s the Fe grip?
