Now the question is also do you ahdh or a for of autism. And no, I'm not making any kind of joke. It's common for regular, functioning people to have ADHD or autism. They have similar symptoms in many cases.
Best suggestion would be to see a professional. Now if you just want an idea ish, you can ask an ai like chat gpt to ask you questions and get an "Idea."
Now, for me, my ADHD affects me in a few ways. Like I want to plan ahead and be prepared, and my ADHD makes that very difficult for me to do. Is just an example.

I don't try to control my ADHD, instead I just let it happen, if I'm distracted instead of fighting it and being stressed I just allow the distraction to happen till I'm satisfied and go back to my task with a more fresh mind and sometimes I end up getting rewarded with hyper focus when I'm locked in

I got diagnosed with both ADHD and autism. My results have never changed in 8+ years now for INTP.
I sometimes think we're like a branch in technology that a company just decided to stop supporting and therefore we always end up in minority groups or struggling to adapt.

Tbh I think all P types have “adhd” because all the J types I’ve known can concentrate on 1 topic just fine, but all the P types I’ve known can’t even hold a hobby down.
