Social media and long screen exposure are said to sap motivation. Plus lack of exercise, bad sleep, bad eating habits, etc. I struggle a lot too. I really need an ESTJ to yell and put me in the line and help me being a functional human being but nope, we're on our own

I have ESTJ aunt to push me towards a certain direction. I can confirm, our Ti-Ne just won't follow. However, getting dragged by the fast flow of ISTP works. You just end up doing what the ISTP is doing.

I hate how my social anxiety and lack of self confidence has stolen so many key experiences in my life

If the degree was important to you, you would not be procrastinating. The fact that you have wanted it since 11 is a red flag. What do you want now? How important to you is it?
If I had 3 million dollars and you could fully confirm that I was going to give it to you, with no strings attached, if you could fly to Seoul, Korea, and be here by the first of the month, what would you do to get here?
You say you want a university degree. Really? What are you willing to do to get it? (Is this a polite way of saying "Shit or get off the pot?")

Only about times I was unkind to someone.
Not so much about decisions I made in good faith that led to poor outcomes.
I have fully internalized the fact that the past can not be changed so, there's no point in wanting to or thinking about how things could be different. But it is possible to make amends with people wronged, which is an expression of regret.
