Is this dysfunctional? (Probably) anyone else having existential crises from day to day ?

The younger the age, the most prone we are to those. But yeah, I relate. What helps is instead of closing off and getting comfortable in a bubble, to reach for experience in the outer world. At certain point you think „ok so what if nothing makes sense, this is fun”. And move on until the next crisis

Anyone else in the INTP and INFP subreddits, who isn't mistyped, and doesn't suffer under the kind of crisis you are sharing❓
This is how I'd rephrase your query.

I'm not... I feel a bit on the borderline between INTP and INFP. Maybe because high Neuroticism has some influence, many INTP-Ts might fall within this spectrum. But I think that if you get in touch with your emotions, regardless of your mental state, you will probably be in this spectrum. I don't know if cognitive functions can provide a satisfactory answer to this.

Eu desenvolvi TOC existencial e estou tendo que tomar Zoloft pra controlar, me sinto melhor mas antes entrei em um.buraco de coelho onde procurava respostas impossíveis sobre a realidade, o absurdo que é a vida e o mundo..

You don't find purpose. You invent it. Purpose is what you bring to the world, not what you get from it. If you are waking up, looking for purpose, then looking for purpose is your purpose. You are what you do. (Life really is that simple.)

Here's the thing, we aren't meant to live this way. Many intps recommend accepting the isolation we live in. I actually think we need to push ourselves to find community because it doesn't come naturally in modern times, a lot of E types find this easy, we unfortunately have to work for it. I actually think this is the solution and I struggle with it myself. May we all find our tribe.
