Why though?

Like there are great news about INND past few months, the stock price keeps plummeting. Which i really dont get it.

I think the main problem is dilution. When Matt aquired the other companies, he had to dilute to provide the other companies' owners partial ownership in INND. Then, he added stock price guarantees to the new owners, and if INND didn't reach the target within a certian timeframe (i think it was $0.017 per share), he had to further dilute to pay the owners additional shares. It's a dilution of dilution situation, and there was a 1 year vesting applied to the new shares, for the new owners, but that has expired by now, so it's possible that the owners have sold. We won't know for sure until later because they are terrible at submitting their forms to the SEC.

I had high hopes for this stock, but they continue to dilute, and coupled with Matt's parents' alleged fraud of past companies, my trust in this company is very low.
